I had the privilege of recently being interviewed by Alex Hannaford, a BBC journalist for an article that ran last week. In his article, “How hindsight bias skews your judgement”, Alex discusses the dynamic of hindsight bias and its impact on decision making.

Hindsight bias, also known as the “knew it all along” effect, is the inclination to see events that have already occurred as being more predictable than they were before they took place. Hannaford reached out for my input after reading my material on the topic. And I was able to provide tips for avoiding hindsight bias.
