In business, we call it the voice of the customer. And that’s the idea of going out into the market, talking to real customers, and finding out what they think about the products or services so you can improve them.
Well, it turns out, there are certain types of people who are better at this than others. Today, I’m going to share with you those characteristics. Try to see if you’re one of those people, and if not, I’m going to share with you some ideas about how you might become more likely to become the voice of an emergent customer.
